Hello, I'm having difficulty booting into the OSX installer from my DVD. I can get to the bootloader screen, but when I select the DVD to boot from I get the error message in the screenshot below. I have tried several combination to boot:

-v
-v busratio=20
-v cpus=1 busratio=20
-v cpus=1 busratio=20 arch=i386
-v cpus=1 -32 busratio=20
-v cpus=1 -32 busratio=20 arch=i386

None of these have worked. I continue to get the same message. Any thoughts?

Nobody? Nothing?

I've been Googling this issue but with everyone else it seems to only have occurred after installation. And in most cases, doesn't affect their ability to boot. Mine is occurring as the DVD is beginning the boot the installation process. I get to the Aliens screen fine, but after trying to start the DVD from there, BAM!

I've seen other people on this and other forums with the same mobo/processor combo as mine and they do not appear to have had any issues booting.

Okay, so I waited for an hour still sitting at the same spot, so I tried something. I disabled my USB controller and USB legacy in my BIOS. Finally the DVD booted up. But even with a PS2 mouse, I couldn't move the cursor. So i'm pretty stuck right now. Not sure what to do.
